Valeria started dancing at the age of 16 by watching YouTube videos. She decided to take the dance class offered at her high school and quickly fell in love with the different styles of dance. She performed at every dance concert until her graduation. Valeria currently attends Metropolitan State University of Denver and is studying dance. She hopes to eventually have a studio of her own for kids with special needs. She’s always about the progress rather than the product. Other than ballet & modern, she loves dancing cumbias, bachatas, salsa, & norteñas with friends and family. Other hobbies she loves are learning languages & their culture, playing volleyball, watching movies, & reading books.
