Nurina has been flying with FFP since 2013. She has volunteered, worked backstage, and in the wings since 2017, and more recently as a teacher. While they have taken classes in many apparatuses, their preferred form of movement is still rolling and flopping around on the ground. If taking it to the air, she would choose an aerial sling over most other things, except perhaps a lyra or a very low trapeze. She has always loved teaching and working with kiddos – you may have seen her around Boulder, at the museum, the park or at her school. Her favorite thing is to see the strength and confidence that dancers develop in the air, as they practice their art and movement – together! What a beautiful communal space Frequent Flyers provides. She’s thankful you’re here, and that FFP is, too!
