Aerial Foundations – Mondays 5:45 – 6:45pm – In this class you will learn the fundamental skills to properly use a variety of aerial equipment including Low Flying Trapeze, Static Trapeze, Lyra, Sling, Rope and Fabric (silks)! Sign Up
Low Flying Trapeze 2/3/4 – Tuesdays 5:45 – 7:15pm – Learn more challenging transitions, holds, wraps, hangs, rotations and more! Sign Up
Lyra 2/3/4 – Tuesdays 7:30 – 9pm – Learn more challenging transitions, holds, hangs, rotations and momentum based movement. Sign Up
Fabric 3/4 – Tuesdays 7:30 – 9pm – This class builds on aerial vocabulary introduced in the Aerial Fabric levels 1 and 2. Students can expect to learn complex fabric vocabulary and transitions, advanced drops, and climbs. Sign Up
Swing, Spin, Cone – Wednesdays 5:45 – 7:15pm – This class is all about moving the apparatus through space! Focus on technique for swinging, spinning, and orbiting (i.e. coning/circling) on the lyra and dance trapeze. Sign Up
Hoop Dancing – Wednesdays 6-7:30pm – Learn cool hoop tricks, hoop dance moves and partner moves while getting active and having fun! Sign Up
Fabric & Rope 2/3 – Thursdays 5:45 – 7:15pm – Keep up your vertical skills by dropping in to this class! On both fabric and rope students will work on various climbs, body locks, drops, transitions, sequences, and momentum-based skills. Sign Up
Aerial Conditioning – Sundays 11am – 12pm – Get your body in first class shape and increase your flexibility with this drop-in fitness class! Sign Up
