What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Personal Information: We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, purchase information, and other relevant information when you voluntarily provide it to us through contact forms, donation transactions, event registrations, or other interactions on our website or other third party service providers (Constant Contact, Colorado Gives, Mind Body, Dairy Arts Center). We use your personal information to provide the services you request. This information is only collected when you opt in.
Non-Personal Information: We may automatically collect non-personal information such as your IP address and general location through Google Analytics. This information is used to monitor website security and to analyze and make improvements to functionality and user experience. This information is not used in advertising or targeted marketing.
Contact forms
When you submit a message through our website Contact Form, we retain form submissions for customer service purposes. We do not use the information submitted for marketing purposes.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Embedded content from other websites / Cookies
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Popup Maker (the plugin we use to create popup messages) uses anonymous cookies to prevent users from seeing the same popup repetitively in an attempt to make our users’ experience more pleasant while still delivering time sensitive messaging.

What third parties we receive data from
Our primary third party data administrators are
Constant Contact: When you sign up to receive our emails, your contact information is collected by our email service, Constant Contact. The Constant Contact Data Notice can be found at the bottom of every email.
MindBody: When you register for a class, your contact and payment information is collected by MindBody. You can view the MindBody Privacy Policy here.
Colorado Gives: When you make a donation through ColoradoGives.org, your contact and payment information is collected. You can view the Colorado Gives Privacy Policy here.
Note: These providers are obligated to use your information solely for our purposes.
Who we share your data with
Donor Pro: When you make a donation of any kind (online, via check, etc), your contact information is collected in Donor Pro. Salsa Labs Privacy Policy. This information may be used for internal marketing purposes. It is not shared outside the organization.
**Note: We will be migrating to a new donor software, Network for Good, in the next couple of months. Please check back for updates.
How long we retain your data
MindBody: Customer purchase records are retained indefinitely for company records, but a user may delete personal information from their account at any time.
Constant Contact: Email addresses are retained until unsubscribed by the contact or deemed undeliverable (i.e. the address itself has been deleted).
Website Contact Form: Entries are deleted by request.
What rights you have over your data
Users of our website and third party providers have the right to update or remove personal data that has been collected.
Website: Email office@frequentflyers.org to remove contact information submitted through our Contact Form, or any other form on the site.
Colorado Gives: You may make a Data Privacy Request on the Colorado Gives website.
MindBody: You may make a Data Privacy Request on the Mind Body website. You will need to log in to your account to access this request.
Constant Contact: You may Unsubscribe at the bottom of every email. Once you unsubscribe from our email list, your email cannot be added unless you opt in again. Note: If you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send you administrative emails regarding your interactions with us.
How we protect your data
Our website is protected by an SSL Certificate (a digital certificate that authenticates a website’s identity and enables an encrypted connection.) SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer, a security protocol that creates an encrypted link between a web server and a web browser.
Children’s Privacy
If a child under the age of 13 has provided us (or a third party provider) with personal information (name, email, etc) and if the parent or guardian of the child would like the information submitted by the child removed, we ask that a parent or guardian of the child contact us.
