Primordial Urge: Parts I & II
2 site-specific performances: Boulder Public Library Park and Holiday Drive-In Theatre with multiple collaborators (musicians, heavy equipment operators, climbers, dancers and film).

Frequent Flyers Productions, Inc. received non-profit 501(c)3 designation.
1st performance of Theatre of the Vampires at Boulder Theatre with 3 shows selling out.

Concerto for Piano & Trapeze with world-renowned Jazz icon, Art Lande.

Frequent Flyers performs excerpts from Theatre of the Vampires in Boston for the Boston Aerial Dance Festival.
Private Acts in Public Places
A collaboration with CU’s Siebel Wolle Art Gallery with Paul Klite (composer) & photographer Dona Laurita is installed for 3 months at the Gallery.

Bytes in Flight
1st project using new computer technology to create choreography,  “Lifeforms,” with projected animated dancers and film.

Swing, Swing, Swing. Performance included excerpts of interviews with 15 WWII survivors (currently archived at Carnegie Library in Boulder) with performances at Macky Auditorium, including big band and singer. Award-winning show. Performed again in May, 1999.

1999

1st Aerial Dance Festival and gathering of the “lost-tribe”. Also, Theatre of the Vampires and Swing, Swing, Swing at Macky Auditorium. Birth of Aerial Sci-Arts: physics with the low-flying trapeze for kids program.

Kids Who Fly for at-risk youth is born. Also, Zero G and Counting, Aerial Dance Festival and Theatre of the Vampires produced by CU Presents.

Ratcracker comes to life: the zany spoof on the Nutcracker where the Rat King wins the battle and Clara goes to Rat World. Story by Kit Marcy. Also, performances at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Denver Performing Arts Festival, Swing, Swang, Swung all new work at the Dairy and Aerial Dance Festival.
