Lack of flexibility holding your aerial skills back, or wanting to be more mobile in general? In this all-level flexibility class, we will learn safe ways to increase range of motion through the use of myofascial release, PNF, and active/passive drills. We will be working on a variety of skills such as front splits, middle splits, bridges, and more!
