All classes 6:30-7:30 pm mst unless otherwise listed. Classes will not meet 11/23-11/29.
Active Flexibility and Stretching with Dani Hendricks
In this class you will rotate between work on front splits, middle splits, and back bends. We will utilize props for support and offer modifications for your body and level. Come stretch with us!
Full Body Conditioning with Sarah Harrison
In this hour long class students can expect a warm-up, cardio, interval training, and each class will end with a cool down/stretching. This class will be great cross-training for aerial and a fun workout!
Yoga with Sarah Harrison
This class will be based in Hatha yoga. We will work to improve our posture, balance, and coordination through sequences and breath work.
Pilates Based Conditioning with Dani Hendricks
This class will be a full body workout based on Pilates exercises, in addition to some light cardio. We will focus on breath work, core activation, alignment, and flow.
Dance with Sarah Harrison
Through various styles of movement including creative movement, modern, jazz, and ballet, students will learn the foundations of strong dance technique. The class will begin with a warm up and progress through various movement exercises to integrate principles such as healthy alignment, grounding, elongating, balance, shifting weight, and maintaining strong core support. Students will use these building blocks to glide, leap, turn, and jump their way to discovering new possibilities within their movement!
Saturdays (9:30-10:30 am mst) No class 11/7 – $60 session
Building the Handstand at Home with Cosmo Dudley
This class will teach you how to get started on your handstand and take it to the next level! You will learn conditioning drills and alignment technique so you may progress towards getting upside down with ease. Be sure to have some wall space to practice on and some space nearby on the floor for stretching.
